Damaged Products

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong product so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Any damaged or defective products must be reported to us within 14 days after delivery. Please send a picture and a brief description of the damaged product to along with your order number.


Cancellations and Refunds 

All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $10 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card you used when placing your order.
